Knives are made from high grade 1.2mm stainless steel.  
Handles are made from high impact, lightweight ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic ensuring durability and high mechanical strength.

  • Dishwasher safe although abrasive dishwasher activity will dull the handles.
